Hey. CSR in the earlier shift.
I almost lost my temper at one point of time. So typical Saturday with lots of customers and messy queues. I had to do my job and organise them in line, then ask for the tables they need and of cause get the tables for them. There was a time, i needed a table for 7, and the store was full house, with tables not enough for 7 and such
(if you understand). So they had to wait, and of cause the queue behind the 7 grew longer. Stress was piling. I instructed them to queue. Then one of the queuing customer shouted at me.
"DO WE REALLY HAVE TO QUEUE?! I SEE SO MANY TABLES INSIDE."I told that fucking guy that i have to settle the 7 in front first because we have the first come first serve basis. I know there are seats for less than 7 people, but i can't let the people behind the 7 people take the seats. It will not be fair for the 7 people for waiting so long. It's hard to describe it here, but you get it? And he shouted at me again ..
"CAN'T YOU PUT THE 7 PEOPLE ASIDE FIRST?!"and you all know McD was beside PH, so those people looked to my direction. You know the fucking humilation i got. As a guy, i have fucking pride. I was just doing my job, settling customers queue by queue.
I wish i could fucking shout back at him and say i was just doing my job. But i don't know, i just take it in and ignored, walked back inside. It spoilt my mood for the rest of the afternoon. The next thing i know, he wanted to see the manager. WTF. My other staffs were also saying how unreasonable that person is. Damn, just because his woman is beside he have to act like a tyrant. Advise to you, fucking man, you don't impress your woman by showing authority like that. But later on, the 7 people were settled, and i couldn't be bothered to attend to that person again. Seriously, '
Customers Always Right' ? .. Fuck shit.
But thank god, i tolerated. If i was still the 2008 David and was at that situation, i think i would have been complained and fired for fighting.
Alright, back at home. Happy for my Tottenham to crush Burnley 5-0! (:
